• Pistol and related gear selection/setup

• Pistol handling/manipulation 

• Mini red dot sight best practices 

• Dry fire

• Managing malfunctions

• Static fire 

• Multi-target fire

• Dynamic fire

• Low-light fire

• Dynamic fire under stress

Ammo option 1: add purchase of ammo from Range Theory during enrollment at current cost 

Ammo option 2: bring your own 2,500 rounds of 9mm ball ammo

Individual gear Range Theory will provide for training:

• Glock 19 or 45 with minimum of three magazines 

• Leupold DeltaPoint Pro (mini red dot sight)

• Surefire X300 pistol light

• Safariland 6390RDS-ALS Holster

• 2-piece (inner and outer) pistol belt system with two magazine holders

• Eye and hearing protection 

Optional for students to bring their own individual gear if it is the same or similar to the above provided gear. Personal pistols must have a mounted mini red dot sight, and must have an attached pistol light. Personal holsters must have a minimum of level one retention. Please ask if you are uncertain about your personal gear.

Optional on-site lodging and meals can be provided for additional fees. Lodging options include slightly rustic cabins and an executive lodge with private suites. Ask for more info if interested.

Chilled bottled water will be provided/accessible throughout the course for all students for no additional cost. Students must bring their own lunch/snacks/dinner unless coordinated in advance for Range Theory to provide their meals.
